A general view from the bench regarding administration and litigation of probate and guardianship cases. Particular problem areas will be discussed including:
- Establishing lost wills
- Pay on death and joint accounts in guardianship cases
- Homestead issues in “co-ops”
- Notice requirements
- Claims in Summary Administrations
