  JAMES F. GULECAS, ESQ., is the principal of the Dunedin law firm of James F. Gulecas, P.A., which practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, taxation, and corporate and business law. He is dual board certified in Tax Law and Wills, Trusts and Estates by The Florida Bar.  He received his B.A. degree from Dartmouth College, his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of California at Davis, and his LL.M. in Taxation degree from the University of Florida, where he was a graduate editor of the Florida Tax Review.   Mr. Gulecas is a member of The Florida Bar (Tax Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section), the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council, the Dartmouth Lawyers Association, and the Clearwater Bar Association (Chairman, Probate, Guardianship and Trust Law Committee, 2002-2003).

Michael is a graduate from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance along with a Bachelors of Arts in History. He attended Valparaiso University School of Law, then in 2005 he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law with an LLM in taxation. Presently he is managing and running his own law firm where he is Managing Partner for M. Faehner, Esq, LLC.

Michael is a Past President of Leadership Pinellas, The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, and serves and has served on several boards in the community including the Jolley Trolley of Clearwater, SPCA Tampa Bay, St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation and Suncoast Hospice Foundation. He was also the recipient of the 2005 FL Law Related Education Association Attorney of the Year and received a special FL Supreme Court Special Citation for his work with Hurricane Disaster Relief. As a result of his work with the Florida Hurricanes in 2004, he was labeled in the legal community as the “Master of Disaster”. He has also been recognized with awards from both the Clearwater Bar and St. Petersburg Bar for his dedication to the community and the profession.

Jon is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with over 15 years of business and financial planning experience. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, a BBA degree in Financial Planning, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), all from the University of North Florida. Jon holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation and the Series 7 FINRA General Securities Representative License. 

Prior to joining ProVise, Jon was the Financial Planning Specialist for the Tampa Bay region with SunTrust Investment Services as well as an officer of SunTrust Bank. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Morton Plant Mease Healthcare Foundation and is the Chairman of the Investment Committee. He has previously served as the Chairman of the Skip Cline Leadership Society and resides on the Membership and Leadership committees, serves on the Morton Plant Mease Finance Committee and the Morton Plant Mease Foundation Planned Giving Advisory Council.

 

Lindsey Crown Hardee, CPA

Lindsey Crown Hardee is a partner at Crown and Company, CPAs, and is the third generation of the Crown family to join the firm. She received her Bachelor of Science in accounting and her Master of Accounting from the University of Florida. Ms. Hardee is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves on the board for the Community Dental Clinic, Pinellas County Estate Planning Council, and the Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation Planned Giving Advisory Council.

Nicholas Grimaudo is an attorney with Johnson Pope in Clearwater. Nicholas represents individuals and families with respect to estate planning, wealth preservation issues, business succession planning, state and local tax issues, the formation of businesses, and the purchases and sales of businesses.

Nicholas also represents fiduciaries (personal representatives and trustees) and beneficiaries in the administration of probate estates and trusts.

Nick is a member of the Florida Bar and is on various boards in Pinellas County. Nick graduated from University of Florida, cum laude in undergraduate, law school and in taxation. Nick also holds an MS in Business Management.

 

Brandon Ketron, CPA, JD, LL.M. is an associate at the law firm of Gassman, Crotty & Denicolo, P.A., in Clearwater, Florida and practices in the areas of estate planning, tax, and corporate and business law.
Brandon is a frequent contributor to LISI and presents webinars on various topics for both clients and practitioners. Brandon attended Stetson University College of Law where he graduated cum laude, and received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida. He received his undergraduate degree at Roanoke College where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in both Accounting and Finance. Brandon is also a licensed CPA in the states of Florida and Virginia. 

Kenneth J. Crotty, J.D., LL.M. is a partner at the Clearwater, Florida law firm of Gassman, Crotty & Denicolo, P.A., where he practices in the areas of estate, tax, and trust planning, taxation, physician representation, and corporate and business law.
He is Board Certified in Tax Law. Mr. Crotty has co-authored several handbooks that have been published in BNA Tax & Accounting, Estate Planning magazine, and Steve Leimberg*s Estate Planning and Asset Protection Planning Newsletters. He, Alan Gassman, and Christopher Denicolo are the co-authors of the BNA book Estate Tax Planning in 2011 & 2012.
