He has a Master of Accounting from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor ofScience in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, and is a Certified FraudExaminer, Certified Valuation Analyst, and a Certified Public Accountant. His industry experience hasincluded various positions at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) since 2007, where he currently serves asa part-time consultant. He has 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, working at large consumerproduct companies like Kraft, Unilever, one of the largest consumer goods companies in the world, andEnergizer Company. At Energizer, he served as the U.S. national sales director, leading more than 1,500employees. He also helped co-found a sales and marketing consulting firm. Recognizing the importanceof accounting in business, he earned a master's degree in accounting and started a second career. Henow shares his experiences and knowledge with his students. Sinclair, who was a Delta Sigma Pi as astudent at USF, encourages students to engage in student business organizations at USFSP. He serves asadvisor for the USFSP chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity. He also serves on theUSF Undergraduate Council, Muma Faculty Executive Committee, and LPSOA Attracting Student TaskForce.
