Faehner is the founder of Faehner PLLC, based in Oldsmar, Florida. With over 30 years of legal experience, he focuses his practice on estate planning, corporate, real estate and tax law, serving clients throughout the Tampa Bay area.  Michael earned bachelor’s degrees in Finance and History from the University of Notre Dame. He went on to receive his law degree from Valparaiso University Law School, and obtained a Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Michael is also a licensed title agent with access to five different underwriters for his real estate client and transactions.\n \n\n \nCyndi Olmstead is a real estate professional who specializes in supporting clients through the complex intersections of real estate and estate planning. With a focus on luxury clients, seniors, and those requiring full-service assistance, she provides a concierge-level experience that extends beyond the transaction. Her dedication to exceptional service and personalized guidance ensures her clients receive comprehensive, informed support at every step.\n \n \n \n\n \nNeighborly Senior Care is a chairty in Pinellas County which runs meals on Wheels.
