He has modernized operations by introducing\n innovative, cost-efficient solutions that strengthen customer service, improve transparency, and\n enhance the mass appraisal process.\n Mike holds a business degree in Real Estate & Urban Analysis from the University of Florida, is a\n State-Certified General Appraiser and Florida Real Estate Broker and has earned both the MAI and\n CFA designations.\n He plays a key leadership role in Pinellas County’s technology and GIS initiatives, chairs PAAF’s\n Legislative Committee, represents the profession nationally through the Appraisal Institute, and\n serves as a Trustee of The Appraisal Foundation.\n
