David Cameron’s failed efforts to prevent a Brexit vote, AT&T – Time Warner merger, Taylor Swift vs. Apple, Starbucks and Kraft’s conflict management…these are a few of the famous negotiations of last 5 years.  We will discuss what strategies were incorporated, and how some of the top negotiators operate.  Most importantly, we will cover some key negotiation tactics that you can use to improve your daily negotiations in your business, and personal life.

The luncheon meeting will be held at Ruth Eckerd Hall, Margarete Heye Great Room located at 1111 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater 33759. The meeting will begin promptly at Noon with the opportunity to network at 11:30 a.m.

Mark Purtee, CPRES, MCNE. Is a real estate broker who is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, and a Master Certified Negotiation Expert.  In addition to his real estate practice, Mark serves as a state-approved instructor for the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, teaching real estate agents throughout Florida better negotiation tactics.  Mark received his negotiation training from Harvard University.
