Anthony P. Guettler is a partner with Gould Cooksey Fennell in Vero Beach, Florida. Anthony represents high-net-worth families in estate and tax planning with a focus on helping achieve wealth transfer goals. Anthony works with personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries on estate and trust administration, providing guidance to fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and estate disputes. Anthony is Florida Bar board certified in wills, trusts and estates and he serves as managing partner of his firm. Anthony is an active member of the Florida Bar where he served as chair of the Wills, Trusts and Estates certification committee, and on multiple committees and drafting subcommittees of the RPPTL Section, including the subcommittee established to update the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act.
